Heather Christan’s love of floral designing and her passion for cooking have been driving forces in allowing her creativity to flow. For several years she was rather torn between the two. While operating a catering business in Laguna Beach, she realized that her love of floral design was pulling her more in that direction. She moved to Temecula, CA and started a floral design and special events company. Heather soon gained the reputation of Temecula’s premier floral designer and maintained many corporate accounts as well as providing floral designs for hundreds of weddings and special events each year. She strives for uniqueness, distinctiveness and beauty.
After ten years of floral designing, her passion for cooking once again began to emerge. She moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and worked her way up to Executive Chef for Dickenson West Fine Catering company and has now started her own catering business. With ownership of her business came the freedom of combining her two passions.
